I was lucky enough to be the recent winner of a giveaway hosted by the lovely
Heidi. She blogs about quilting and longarming and crafting and family over at
Buttons and Butterflies. I love her blog and her writing style, you should check it out. Anyway, she sent me a bundle of super cute fat quarters from Amy Butler and Dena Fishbein. Alas, I forgot to take a picture before I cut it up.
I was so excited because last Thursday I got a baby shower invitation for Mike's niece Casey who's having a little baby girl pretty soon. The fabrics from Heidi were just perfect; I cut them up and put them back together without much plan but I like the way it turned out. It's 40" square and backed with some Amy Butler from my stash.
